In a secret underground bunker in the heart of Siberia, Russian scientists develop an ambitious and dangerous project with the potential to change the course of history—“Project 12.” The experiment involves genetic modifications and new technologies capable of transforming humanity. However, during testing, it becomes clear that the consequences could be catastrophic.

The government decides to terminate the project, eliminating all its participants. Some scientists manage to escape. They realize they carry a secret that could either save or destroy the world.
